Naomi began her real estate career in 2005 when she seized the opportunity to work as a Licensed Real Estate Associate in a busy team of REALTORS®. This apprenticeship allowed her to gain a vast amount of expertise working with a diverse array of clientele - from local first time buyers to experienced out-of-town investors. From acreages to condos, heritage properties to pre-construction sales, assisting with the sale of all types of properties allowed Naomi to fast-track her skills in providing service and results.

In 2007 she started to grow her own successful real estate business and by 2010 Naomi was the #1 Agent in her office and also achieved the highest award level possible with the Victoria Real Estate Board.

Now with two decades of local experience, Naomi continues to serve buyers and sellers of residential property from Sidney to Sooke and parts of the Cowichan Valley. Her business comes almost entirely from repeat and referral sources, for which she is most grateful. Her ultimate goal as a real estate professional is to create a smooth and enjoyable buying or selling experience for her clients where their goals are met within their desired timeframe.

Naomi had the absolute privilege of growing up on beautiful Vancouver Island, just 45 minutes North of Victoria in Mill Bay. She also spent time living on the Sunshine Coast, in Vancouver and in Ottawa, where she completed her B.A. in Psychology. Since 2006 Naomi has lived in the Colwood / Metchosin area, enjoying the fabulous walking trails and beaches. She enjoys outdoor fitness and singing in her free time.

Drew’s real estate expertise is built on two decades of hands‑on experience in the construction and housing industry. Years spent building, renovating, inspecting, and investing in homes across Vancouver Island gave him a deep understanding of how homes are built, how they function, and where true value can be found.

Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Drew has always had a strong connection to the region he now serves. He started his working life as a carpenter, earning his Journeyman designation before running his own renovation and project‑management business. His interest in the technical side of housing later led him to become a licensed Home Inspector, further strengthening the insight he brings to his clients.

With a career grounded in integrity, service, and a proactive approach, Drew takes the time to understand each client’s needs, hand‑selects properties that align with their goals, and uses strong negotiation strategies to uncover opportunities that may not be immediately obvious.

His construction background is a significant advantage for clients seeking guidance on renovations, return‑on‑investment considerations, or questions about building systems. He offers clear, informed advice backed by real‑world experience.

Dedicated and accessible, Drew ensures his clients feel supported during one of the most important decisions of their lives. Outside of real estate, he enjoys life on Vancouver Island with his daughters and dog, embracing the lifestyle and community that make the region such a special place to call home.
